We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Integration to join the Global iYP (Yell.com) and Local Portal team. This position will be based in our Reading Head Office and may have flexibility to work from our London office 1 day per week if required.

Job Purpose:

The Head of Product Integration is responsible for coordinating the initiation, execution, global roll-out and ongoing development of a flagship new digital product on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with the Director, IYP and Local Portal, the role holder will ensure delivery of the product by coordinating across multiple teams, including Search, Community and Content.

Main Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of delivery against the product strategy, coordinating workstreams and driving key problems and decisions to resolution.
• Assisting the Director in defining and delivering the Product Roadmap and resulting development initiatives
• Co-ordinating the ongoing introduction of new features and functionality
• Ad hoc technology / online business model due-diligence / analysis as required
• Co-ordinate relevant usage, market and customer research and incorporate into development plans
• Ensure new product compliance with all legal / regulatory / competition requirements
• Work closely with dedicated Programme/Project Management resource

Experience required:

• High quality BA degree (or equivalent), MBA an advantage
• Extensive digital / technology product and service development experience
• High level Product Development experience taking products from inception to market
• Previous experience working within a consultancy environment would be desirable
• Proven ability to co-ordinate major online / technology product and service development programmes as well as operational deployment
• Substantial experience of a wide range of digital technologies and business models
• Excellent strategic / analytical / commercial / presentation / communication / relationship / management skills
